FAQ

Is experience on a snow bike necessary? – NO! You can be a total beginner on dirt and be able to ride a snow bike. If you have novice to advanced capabilities on a dirt bike you will have a ton of fun on this adventure. If you have experience snowboarding / skiing you’ll do even better!

How many days do we ride? Day 1 is getting to the lodge, going through avalanche training, and spending the rest of the day getting used to the snow bikes within the area so you feel more confident. After that, (2) full days back to back shredding fresh Montana powder!

Is it like dirt biking? – Kinda…you sit a lot when riding snow and you are always on the throttle. You also have to carve a lot in the snow and can’t go straight up / down, rather zig zag like you are snowboarding to get up and down hills. Our incredible guide, Snowbike Nation will help you the entire time!

I hate being cold, is this miserable? – NO! The provided gear is incredible + the bikes have heated grips (I know…luxury). I am personally hot weather gal only and will truthfully say I was not cold even for a moment out there!

I don’t have the gear! What is needed? Snowbike Nation has it ALL! You just need your base layers and a “hell yeah” attitude.

I have my own bike, gear, local and don’t need to stay at the lodge, can I still come? SURE! But the price does not change per person. Feel free to contact Snowbike Nation if you rather schedule something else more specific to your needs at a later date, they’d be stoked!
